- Get an offer from the MOH (direct recruitment drives) or a private hospital
- Prepare attested degree, licence and experience documents
- Sit the Kuwait MOH licensing exam at Prometric if required
- Medical test, work visa and licence through the Medical Licensing Department
- Arrive and start work
