Who we are

VideshReady is a free practice and guidance website for nurses who want to work abroad. Contact: videshready.ops@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Your route choices (where you are from, where you want to work, your language), linked to a random ID stored on your device, so we can show the right exams and improve the site.
• Your practice answers and scores, so you get new questions each session and can review your mistakes.
• Details you give us in a form (name, email or WhatsApp number, destination, exam, exam date), to send the study plan or reply you asked for. We send study reminders and rule-change alerts only if you tick that box.
• Help-desk questions and community posts, to answer them and to keep the community safe. Your email is never shown publicly.
• Basic usage events (pages opened, film played, buttons used), recorded with the random ID, not with your name.

Bots and AI

The VideshReady Guide in the help desk and the community is an AI assistant, not a nurse or a lawyer. To answer, your question is sent to an AI model through our hosting provider's AI service. Do not include ID numbers, passport numbers or health details in your questions.

Who processes your data

• Vercel (hosting and the AI service), which keeps standard server logs.
• Supabase (our database), where form entries, practice results and community posts are stored.

We never sell or rent your data, and we never hand contact lists to partners.

Cookies, ads and partner links

• No advertising cookies without your consent. If we turn on Google ads or ad measurement, a banner asks you first. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. Google's tags load only after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• Google Ads conversion measurement (only with your consent) tells us that a visit led to a study-plan sign-up, a message or a practice session, so we can see which ads bring nurses to free practice. It never receives your name, email or phone number.
• Google AdSense (only with your consent) may show ads on guide and destination pages. Ads never appear inside practice questions, forms, the help desk or the agent check.
• Partner offers are labelled. When you click one, you go to the partner's site, which may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. We may earn a commission if you buy; it costs you nothing extra. See how VideshReady is funded.
• On this device we keep your language, route, practice progress and consent choice in your browser's storage so the site remembers them.

How long we keep it

Form details: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after your last contact. Practice and usage records: 24 months. Community posts stay public until you or we remove them.

Your choices

You can use all practice without giving us any personal details. Email us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop reminders. Clearing your browser data removes the random ID and your progress on that device.
